With a breathtaking voice like velvet and a range transcending all genres, Sheryl Lynne Smith is a vocalist whose foundation in the performing arts began in childhood in the beautiful coastal town of Costa Mesa, California where her mother nurtured what would become her life long passion. With a Bachelors Degree in Vocal Performance from CSULB, she has long studied dance, music, acting, and singing.
Her devoted following has transpired from her great successes across the continent and abroad in numerous stage productions, venues, clubs, live and studio recordings, recitals, weddings and concert settings. She enjoys performing in various capacities including as a soloist, with small groups, to a full orchestra. Sheryl has worked and continues to work, with some of the top rated performers in the business. Her styles include Contemporary, Jazz, Broadway and Opera. Each of these genres are included in her One Woman Cabaret Show, in addition to specialized events. Such versatility combined with her ease and connection to her audience is what makes her a star and one of the most captivating artists you'll ever encounter.
